At CRUSH. we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. So, if for any reason you are not, our Return Policy means that we will refund any item that is still in its original state, within 28 days of receiving your item and send you a replacement.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been worn.
If the item you return is faulty, incorrect or damaged when you receive it from us, we will refund you the cost of your return postage, your original postage and the item value.
Please note that items bought during our Sample Sale are final sale and therefore not eligible for a refund. This also applies to our giftcards.
