Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE GLOBAL SHIPPING on all orders over €400.
For orders under €400 we charge a standard delivery fee of €8 for territories within Europe and €12 for Rest of World.
Our current delivery services are as follows:
EU Express Delivery - 2-5 working days
Global Express Delivery - 3-7 working days
For your convenience we cover all shipping and return payments of Customs and Duty Charges.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days - once your C~RUSH is on its way to you, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Returns
We hope you love your CRUSH. However if you wish to return your order for any reason, please get in touch via eshop@crush-cashmere.com within 14 days of receiving your order letting us know your order number, the style(s) you wish to return and the reason(s) why. We can then provide details and support on how best to return your parcel to us.
We will do our best to come back to you on the same day your return request is received, however please note this can take up to 2 working days. We are a small team, and very much appreciate your patience.
Items returned within 28 days of receiving acknowledgement of your emailed return request are eligible for a refund. Returns received shortly outside of the above stated timeframe are accepted at our discretion, however please get in touch if you are experiencing any issues.
In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint and encourage more considered purchasing please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure your return makes it back to us safely we recommend using a tracked service - unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any returned items that do not reach us.
Please note that to be eligible for a refund, your CRUSH item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, with the original packaging and tags in-tact.
If your CRUSH item is confirmed as faulty or you wish to exchange, we will take responsibility for return and further shipping costs. Re. faults, please email eshop@crush-cashmere.com with a description of the issue and images.
Please note that giftcards and on sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Once our warehouse have received your return and confirmed it’s eligibility, you will receive an emailed notification. Your refund minus any shipping costs will be applied as a credit to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
If the 7 days have passed and you are yet to receive your refund, please get in touch at eshop@crush-cashmere.com
We are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item as per our stated returns policy and then place a new order. We do offer free shipping on orders considered to be an exchange - please reach out to eshop@crush-cashmere.com for your unique code.
We are happy to offer online credit for unwanted gifts, providing the item is in perfect condition, and from our current range. In order to process this for you, we ideally require the original order number as proof of purchase. However, if it is not possible to obtain this, please get in touch via eshop@crush-cashmere.com with the name and / or address of the purchaser.
Once your return is approved, your credit can be used on our website against the purchase of a different item with the same or greater value.
